Nomi Komar wins MVP in Newcastle!

The Israeli National Netball Team participated in the Challenge section of the prestigious Netball Europe Open Championships held in Newcastle in May 2016. The team put up a tremendous fight and although they didn't win any of their five games against the very tough competition, everyone was impressed by their amazing fight and spirit.

According to NE guidelines after every match each team is asked to vote for "the player who has had the greatest impact on the game played". Our very own Nomi Komar who played GA throughout the tournament was unanimously and very deservedly voted MVP.

National coach Laragh Widdess kept an audio diary of the entire event. Listen to it here
